Maya and Elise...

Here are a few captions for the photos. . .
Maya and Elise warming up by the coal stove after a bath.

Our two adorable girls. Andrew is trying to make them look at each other--more difficult than you'd think.

Elise taking a nap.

SO CUTE!!! Elise is the awake one, which is unusual. In most of our pictures she's sleeping and Maya is hammin' it up for the camera.

The girls and their friend Levi. I think Maya's flashing a gangsta' sign. :-)

we're trying to get pictures of things that are uniquely Maya or uniquely Elise. This is Maya's pose. We haven't gotten elise's yet. . .

Elise (sleeping) and Maya.

Our family and great grandma B. We are very blessed to be staying at her house while we are in Canada.

The girls share a bouncy chair.

The cedar tree in Burkinshaw's back yard. It gets measured every year around Christmas to see how much it's grown. It was 186 inches around this year.

Grandpa B, Caleb (cousin) and Maya (I think.) Elise was the first one to get the Friar Tuck hair line, but at some point they switched--Elise's hair evened out and Maya's thinned out on top.

All of my family--we visited great grandma and grandpa Sargent in Oneonta, NY.

This picture is from awhile ago--probably the first week or two of life. They seemed to like nuzzling together.

Elise warming up by the fire post bath.

Their first bath. They really like their baths.

Andrew and I and the girls celebrated their due date and my birthday by renting a yurt (pictured below) for a couple nights. The girls obviously enjoyed the wood stove.
