Mariah has been a huge help with babies and lots of other things. She does the babies' diapers as well as our other laundry every day. If we have water at our spiggot she does it there, if we don't, she goes down to the river (what are we going to do without her???).

Nepali babies often get rubbed down with mustard oil. Chandra Kala (the lady who works for us) rubs the girls down once in a while. They love it!

Our Norwegian friend Fredrik doing dishes in the river. This is another chore that happens at the river when we don't have water at the spigot.

Didi (means-older sister), Josiah (our friends' son), myself and the cat planting sunflower seeds.

Maya relaxing in the sun after a rubdown.

And finally the real one. Happy Birthday Grandma!!! We love you and hope you have a wonderful birthday today.

Maya and Elise's 6 month birthday. They are sitting champs these days.

Great pictures! And Elise is so smiley. Levi is jealous of the massages.
